BabyHopes Return Policy

Before you return a product, you MUST contact us first.

If you do not get confirmation, via email, about returning a product first, your order will be returned to you with no refund issued.

For all products, we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Returns are accepted for new, unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be issued for the purchase cost of the merchandise. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

Returns, after the 30 days, must be in new, unopened condition with all packaging included and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to accept return merchandise 60 days after your purchase date.

Return shipping costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued only after we have the items back in our possession.
